Never been camping at WDW what is it like?

I have NO idea what to expect (as is evidenced by the fact that I had no idea there was electricity at the site) I was only planning on bringing a tent and sleep stuff like i used to when i was a kid.

Any and all advice on how to make this happen would be appeciated

They have restrooms, showers,AND laundry facilities!!!!
