I just joined for the free trial and it sounds like a great set up. Just wanted opinions of others who have joined. Do you love it? It seems like their selection is excellent. We looked into it because it seemed that Blockbuster never had a great selection (except new releases) especially the more obscure titles or documentaries we were looking for. I like the option of not having to return until I'm ready to - especially for some of the TV series that I'd like to watch. I'd love to hear what you think of it!
Thanks!! :)

Have been using it for about 6 months now! Love it! There is a distribution center in my town, so the turn around time is about 3 days between returning and having a new one in hand. Was able to catch up on some TV series' that I missed out on during the year. Even have been able to get new releases a day after they come out! They have a HUGE selection of kids movies and the older ones that I remember growing up with - I test them out on my 3yr DD before I buy.

Just be sure that when you go 'live' that you subtract the correct amount - they charge tax, so that $21.99 becomes $23.31 (at least for me here in FL).

got really good opinions

We signed up for the free trial too. So far I have like 100 movies in my queue. oops

Yeah I have been a member for awhile, can't remember time frame, but I generally send a movie out and have a replacement in 3 days or so. I LOVE netflix. I hated blockbuster because they are overpriced and I can never remember to take the darned things back if I am not going to that end of town for something else, this way, I am ALWAYS going past the mailbox :teeth: so I remember to send it back!!!

I really love Netflix!!!!

We have been using it for about a year and are very happy with it. Just had it with Blockbuster's "late" fees - even when tapes were returned on time.

I did hear that Netflix may be dropping its' price soon due to competition with Amazon. This is from USA Today - "Netflix also announced it was cutting its monthly fee from $22 a month to $18. The company had earlier this year raised its fees from $20 to $22."

That would be sweet!!!

Thanks for the link! I'm glad to hear such good things about it. DH and I are up to about 20 right now in our queue - just love the selection! I think the set up will make me more apt to watch things that I might normally pass up as I'm not really paying extra for them and have all the time I need to see them!

Thanks everyone for your feedback. It sounds like it's a great program. ::yes::
