Found out something interesting that you may not know. When you return your DVDs make sure the bar code that's on the DVD envelope lines up with the window on the return envelope. The returns are processed much faster. The last 3 times I returned 3 DVDs they processed the returns very early the next day. I couldn't figure out before why some took longer than others. Now I know.

I do it anyway, i just figured that was what the window was for. I didn't realize that they process it faster though. Good to know!

Yep I always figured that's what the window was for. Although once I lost the envelope with the barcode so I put a note with my info on it in the red envelope. The DVD got checked in just as fast as the other ones that had the barcode showing. So I really don't think it's that big of deal at least not in my return facility!
