NETFLIX Users: Have They Ever Sent You a Wrong Movie?

I've been a member for two months and a few days ago I was supposed to have received a certain movie, but they sent me a different one. I e-mailed them about it but haven't heard anything. I hope it doesn't happen very often. :(
 
It has never happened to us and we have been members since March 2000. I think there a place on the website to go to if you get the wrong movie.
 
Thathas never happened to us, luckily.
We have had our share of unplayable movies though.
ESPCIALLY kid's movies (Disney) we have learned to CLEAN them before even trying to play them. :rolleyes:
 

I had it happen once. I notified them through the web site and they sent the right one that day.
 
Not the wrong one. Seems we didn't receive on just recently. Reported it lost. No problem, they shipped out my next available movie - no questions asked. From what a read, though, they do keep track of how many are reported lost (I suppose there will always be people who just don't return them:( ). I think that's probably why.
