I am pretty "movied out" so I went to cancel my membership. When I was to "confirm", it told me I could put my account on hold for up to 3 months. I have to send my movies back w/in 7 days. They won't send me new movies or charge me.

That's good, maybe in 3 months I'll be ready for some more movies.

didn't know it but it sure makes sense.....

I canceled my membership a month ago. Just hit cancel and they said they would hold my queue for 3 months automatically. Just have not been watching movies a lot lately.

yup, we did this when we went on vacation. We stopped it for a month, then back up, then summer hit and we stopped it again because there's nothing good coming out.

We also did this between thanksgiving and new year's, because there are plenty of new movies out in the theater and not that many good ones out on DVD.
