Netflix question

Thinking about joining but I have a quick question. When you order the season of a tv series do you get the whole season at once or do they ship 1 dvd at a time?

one dvd at a time if that is the plan that you are choosing (there are several different plans from 1 dvd to 4 dvd's out at one time, also just the streaming option)

Thanks. I did see the streaming option but I wanted to watch some old Survivor seasons and looks like they are only available on dvd.

Some tv dvds have more than one episode on them, though. (most of them I think) That helps when you can only get one dvd at a time.

One at a time BUT if you upgrade during the last week before the account charges you for the next month you can get many more at a reduced rate for that time period. My cycle ends near the beginning of a month so I get to upgrade for most of the holidays, just make sure your selections are in the queue BEFORE you upgrade or you'll be stuck with whatever you had there when you made the change. Just remember to return you number back to what you want 24-48 hours before the next billing cycle.

I have been picking up movies from other places because Netflix seems to have slowed down considerably with shipping which is annoying BUT they do still have an amazing selection so I'm letting it slide for now. On the other hand I have been loving Ugly Betty on streaming

I also considered going with Amazon Prime because that includes streaming movies and tv shows but it doesn't look like they have the old Survivor series available.
