I was recently at the magic kingdom and had a blast. I was wondering does anyone else besides disney sell those delicious toll house ice cream sandwiches, i bought one and had no clue it would be so HUGE for $3.50. I think it is well worth the price, unlike the other ice cream treats that were selling on the carts.

If anyone knows please respond.::MinnieMo

we have a restaurant that makes them here and they are something else......in the summer we go and buy a half dozen of them and they are sooooooo huge we have to cut them in half......hope you can get a better answer over here

I've bought them by the box at BJ's wholesale club.
(Other wholesale clubs..Sams, Costco etc...may have them too.)

They sure are yummmmmmy!!!

I was at our Target store the other day and saw that they sold individual ones in a freezer case near the checkout. I just couldn't justify the calories to get one. I only buy them in WDW because in WDW there are no calories, right?!?!

While the frozen ones from the carts are okay, I only do the freshly made ones at Disney. They used to make them in the bakery but last time it was at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments - the real thing, to die for.

BJ's and Sams!!! They're not quite as big, but very close. I think there are about 12 in the boxes that are sold in those stores. Those boxes last about 3 days in our house.

The last time I bought a freshly made one at the bakery on Main Street was in December 2003. I hope they still do it, I can't imagine why they would not. They are yummy, dd eats one nearly every day of every trip, lol. We'll have to go back and see if they are still making them in the bakery, although it seems like the line is always really long in there, so we prefer the carts.

Since they have redone the bakery I have never seen them made there but they still make them in Liberty Square - believe it is called Sleepy Hollow Refreshments - at the end of the bridge as you cross from the hub, across from the Christmas Shop.

I just had them from the Main Street Bakery a couple of weeks ago.

Really Good!!!

I wonder if they would make one in a bowl? They are good, until the cookies get hard as a rock... Don't want to have any tooth problems while I'm on vacation! ;)

Main Street Bakery has them available at all times. But if you are ever in DL, they only make them on the weekends (at least during less busy times). I was crushed one night when I went to get one and the shop wasn't open.

There is nothing like having the sandwich with a fresh cookie, as opposed to the frozen ones in the cart. You can even choose your cookie - or mix two for the top and bottom. Of course I think anything other than chocolate chip would be sacreligious.
