Nervous Nellie about staying on my low-cal diet!

Awesome job! :woohoo: :thumbsup2 :dance3:

For me, so much has to do with portion control. I'd rather have a little of something fabulous than an entire plate of something so-so. I hate the feeling of deprivation. I could never eat an apple while everyone else has a Dole Float. I've kept 40 lb off through all kinds of vacations. I don't eat any "diet" food and watch my portions.

For the first time in my life, I have been sticking on a diet and I've actually lost some weight. Yay! BUT...we're leaving Thursday morning and I'm worried how to stay on a low calorie diet.
All that walking will def. make up for some baddies, but what is available to eat, especially for snacks, in the parks?

I found some small individual packages of almond butter and thought it'd go well with a piece of fruit. What else might work?

Looking forward to hearing how yall stayed on track! :thumbsup2

Low-cal and Disney don't mix!!;) We always gain between 5-10 pounds when we go (Free Dining) and you'd think we'd lose with all that walking!! Good luck and definitely pack your own healthy snacks, easier that way!
