About 10 days ago I made my reservations by phone. I just used the number on the Waltdisneyworld.com-site.
The people around there had a great problem with my reservation and I had to call back for 3 times! They were not able to get my adress in the computer, because I'm living in Europe and we use different postalcodes here. They were also not able to call me back, because of my European phonenumber.
At last they gave me a reservationnumber, but it is only 7 digits and I have read somewhere that it should have 8 digits.
I am waiting for the confirmation by mail anyway, but I don't know how lang that will take this time of the year.
So, I am a bit nervous about it and consider to phone them again.
We are leaving in 6 weeks and if the reservation isn't right that would be a problem.
We have booked one of the special rate dreammakerpackages for PopCentury and I am so looking forward to it.
Who can give my an advice how to handle?
Do I have to call them back again or do I better wait for the confirmation?
Thanks, you are all lovely people.
