We leave tomorrow for the world, does anyone get nervous right before you leave for the world? This is my first trip to the world and my first trip on an airplane? I know my nerves will go away the moment I see the mouse. Just wondering if anyone else experiences the same nervers?

OH MY GOD!!! I feel nervous for you!

My trip is in 8 months and the last time I went on a plane was 14 years ago. So I've been thinking that it will be like my first time for me too.

But I think that the worst part is that I can't look nervous because of my kids.

That is the same way, that I feel. I must look fine for my dd5 on her first magical trip.

I get nervous about some unforseen fiasco and then I remember, hey, it's just a vacation and the point is to relax and enjoy my family. I get more nervous about flying and driving and strangers and stuff like that ever since I had kids too... I remember my dad telling me though that the first and last 3 minutes are the most crucial on an airplane... so I force myself to only be concerned for that... takeoff and landing.

Mine is more like nervous energy. I can never sleep the night before a vacation.

I still have 10 days to go! I don't like to fly and am getting nervous that the parks will be super busy. However, with that being said, I'm going to Disney with one of my closest friends! It doesn't get much better than that!

just reading this thread is making me nervous and we don't fly out until 8 weeks time!!! This time there will be five of us (including myself) really frightened of flying. (the men and the children seem fine about flying). Two of my friends have never flown out of europe before and are concerned about the long flight to Orlando from London.

Can't wait until we land!!!
