It is always awful when a loved one has been seriously injured and all you can do is wait. I pray that your nephew will be well enough to withstand surgery and that the surgery is successful and that he is on his way to a full recovery.

I know what you are all going through, my cousin is going through the same stuff last sunday he rolled his car. He went through surgery tuesday and they had to stop half way through because his lung collapsed. They tried to do surgery again today and the same thing. It is his fifth and sixth vertibre. Just reading your post has kind of given me some insight on what we are in for. My prayers are with you and your family.

Thank You! The last I heard he had a fever last night so the possibility that they would be able to do the surgery today was slim, but I haven't heard anything yet.
