Here are some pics we took outside of Nemo yesterday.

The subs
Early yesterday, there were CM's setting up queues and taking notes with clipboards. They had the main queue set up in front of the ride, and then an overflow queue that went past the matterhorn, all the way down to where the smoking area used to be in between the Matterhorn and Autopia. The queue stretched (and winded) almost all the way to Fantasyland!
I am not looking forward to waiting in that!
You can see the steps leading down into the submarine, and what looks like the CM's uniforms for the ride. We also saw a group of CM's in uniform being taken on the subs, I am guessing that they were ride operators in training.
