here is a dumb question, DH and I have annual passes but our 2 nieces do not...can we take them with us? Or should I give my pass to one niece and let DH go with her and will they let us back on again with the other niece using my pass??

If they really allow guests than you can bring them if not you can't give them the pass to let them go- they will check your id in addition to the ap and check that it matches, at least they did this at the Everest Preview.

I've never done an ap preview before. do you just get in line? or do you have to set it up ahead of time?

Each AP can bring up to 3 guests with them. You should be OK if they tag along with you.

You walk ove to the area of the park it is in and there will be cm's checking tickets, you show them your passes and many times your id and they let you through and tell you where to go.
