I'm not sure what to do. I live in an apartment and just recently got a new neighbor. They do not allow pets but turn a blind eye to cats. This new neighbor seems to have a little dog in her apartment that has been barking and barking and barking. I'm not sure if she's just dog sitting or if this is indeed her pet. I feel like the whiny neighbor by calling our landlord, but I don't feel that it's right that she has this little dog in her apartment that won't stop barking. What would you do?

,ahaha I have no idea how he managed to make that much noise.
If they're really thinking, they might leave the dog inside with water, but at any rate the dog is LEFT. So he barks and barks and barks and barks. For hours. And invariably when the ranger reprimands the family after they return they'll say "But he never barks! Well, maybe a few times. But there's NO WAY little Fluffy could have barked like that. It must be some other dog."
A barking dog is a good way to get yourself booted from some nice campgrounds.
