Like Disgeebs and Millieluvdisney, my husband and I do not have children but love going on Disney vacations. We don't travel much, but our last three vacations have been to Disney theme parks. One lady, who works where my husband does, said that she would love to go to Disney World after she heard that my husband and I were going last month. What is stopping her? Not lack of money, because she makes an executive salary, or time but the fact that she does not have children.
As we are an older couple, we will not be having any children but won't let this interfere with our having a good time in the theme parks that we wish to visit.
Don't let the Disney-is-for-kids naysayers bring you down. One lady without children even wrote in her blog that she was told by a co-worker, during a group discussion about holiday plans, that Christmas couldn't mean much to her since she doesn't have children. Yet the woman without children loves Christmas.
