Negative experience at Rain Forest Cafe (LONG)

Sorry, I should have mentioned that we did tell the manager. She was going to handle it ASAP but she was going on her mandatory 1/2 hour break (literally said so) so she'd check on us when she returned. Well, sure enough, there we still sat when she returned! I told her the 3 minutes she promised us had turned into another 25 in her absence. She wanted to give us free desserts but I refused (as I was already sick of being there so long) so she gave us 10% off which didnt impress us too much. By this point we would not have gone back had the meal been free and came with free fast passes! I wouldnt say dont try it... if you havent tried it, go ahead. It's a neat place for the kids when you get a good seat. BUT... beware. You might want to sneak a churro in incase you get hungry waiting for your dinner!
