Needing to go to the bathroom in line

My parents both take "water pills". They have been to Disney numerous times ... most recently Christmas 2017. It has never been an issue. They have never had to get out of line because they need to go to the bathroom. Now they may skip a ride because they don't want to do it and go to the restroom then. I think they normally time when they take their pills when they are on vacation to when it will be the least disruptive to what they plan on doing. I don't think it is a reason to ask for a DAS ... if people were asking for a DAS for this half of the people over 50 would have a card.
