Needing to Add to an ADR?..Having a problem

Hi. We are DVC members. We set up all of our ADRs at 180 days at the same time as we booked our trip for Oct. We booked them all for 3 guests.

Since then, another family has decided to join us. We called to add them to our ADRs (an additional 3 guests) and they told us they were unable to add guests.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Here are our ADRs:

Wed Oct 2- O'hana @ 645p
Sat Oct 5- BOG @ 830p

In most cases, going from an odd number to an even is not a big problem because in most cases you will be seated at a table for 4 anyway. However, 'Ohana does have tables for 3 (we've always been seated at one).

It's best to keep checking online to see if you can find a reservation for 4 at 'Ohana and BOG. Cancellations go back into the reservation system almost immediately so it's a matter of luck to be online and checking when one comes up. Since both require a credit card guarantee, people will cancel if their plans change.
