Needing a little Pixie Dust for Dad please

Hi everyone. Please add my Dad to your list of Pixie Dust recipients.

I got a call from my mom this evening. Dad has been having a few health issues lately. He's a prostate cancer survivor (18 years!) and is now 80 years old. He had a "light headed spell" at his doctor's office today and they sent him to the ER. They are keeping him overnight- he is anemic (has been struggling with that lately) and has blood in the colon. So, he's getting a full work up for colon cancer starting tomorrow.
My mom is frightened. Dad is scared too, but will never show it.

He's always been such a strong guy- it's so hard to see him getting more frail.

Please send a little magical pixie dust and good wishes his way. I am hopeful they will only find a flare up of his diverticulitis, but fear it may be more this time.

Well DISers- you have done it once again.
Dad came home from the hospital today. Endoscopy and colonoscopy were clean!
They started him on an iron supplement and tweaked his blood pressure med (which was out of whack and lead to the fainting).

A couple more labs to do over the next few weeks and one more GI study. But things are looking very good.

Thank you all so much for your prayers, good thoughts and pixie dust.
When I told him the other night that all my Disney friends were thinking about him, it made him smile.
