I am looking to make some shirts for my kids for our upcoming trip. What I would like to do is cut out different characters from fabric (or make my own fabric Mickey or Minnie head) and then put it on the shirt. I know I have seen people do this....is it decoupage or is it sown on?

Also, does anyone have a link for the Mickey or Minnie head with bow?
