Need your advice!

Hey everyone!
So I had applied for the Spring Advantage about two weeks ago..scheduled my phone interview and never got the phone call. I'm guessing that the scheduling of the interview never went through on my computer..so I recently checked my dashboard and it had said "No Longer in Consideration". I freaked out, called the Disney number, explained my situation and they 'reset' the status of my application so I could reschedule my phone interview.
So I click on the little link to reschedule it, and it keeps saying "This link is no longer valid. Please contact us at 1-800-722-2930 for assistance."
I'm so confused and have no idea what to do! I've already called that number twice about my application status, and don't want to be a pain once more.

Any advice on what I should do? Has anyone else had this problem?

The new process is really glitchy, i would keep calling. Its obviously not your fault, so it isn't a burden. :)
 
KEEP CALLING! Trust me, I had so many issues with the application process, I never got the emails, I had to change my email, then they all had to be forwarded, then I couldn't log in to schedule my interview, ugh, I kept thinking "they're going to deny me for being annoying" but they are SOOOO helpful and anyway, their new site is kind of wonky. Just keep calling, it'll be all worth it! :)
 
I can't get to my dashboard. So when I tried to schedule my interview I had to actually call and schedule over the phone.
 

Thanks so much for replying everyone :) I truly appreciate it! I actually just got off the phone with a rep from Disney and apparently I'm not the only one having this problem! They said that they're having some difficulties with the scheduling website so if anyone else is having this problem, they said it should be fixed by Monday :)

What a relief, I thought it was just happening to me!
