i weigh around 315 or so now and im 6'1 and i want to get down to 270 or so for dw in dec so i can actully walk without getting tired right away and be able to enjoy my stay there. I am starting herbalife program this next week and i am going to cut out all sweets or as much as i can. I eat out alot and i dont like salad so that kind of hinders me somewhat. i heard once eating soup nothing but soup and crackers will make you lose weight. I also drink alot of pop and i need to cut down and drink more water and other things. any help would be greatly appreacited and anything any advice or anything you can offer
Additionally, you have to work exercise in at some point just as Bicker mentioned. Even if you start REALLY slow with a 5 minute walk and increase it as you can. That will also help your stamina when you get to WDW! Best of luck - I know you can do it!!
