Need WDW Cast Member advice

Hey, just a question to satisfy my curiousity, but does anyone know how difficult it is to get a job at a table service restaurant at WDW. I am currently a bartender and server and have always thought that if someone was bartending or serving at WDW they must be making good money. I would also imagine that it would be difficult to get a job at one of these establishments as they probably go to CM already working at WDW. Like I said I am just curious if anyone has anything to share. Thanks!

From what I've been told, the higher your seniority there, the better chance you have at being placed bartending or serving, because that's where they can make good money and everyone wants those positions.
