We are getting a short frieze and our vacuum is dying. I have read that many vacuums, including dyson unravel frieze and make it fuzzy. Does anyone with freize have a recommendation?
Thanks,
Alicia
When I bought our vacuum, the salesperson told me not to buy Dyson for this reason (since I had planned to buy Dyson but also have frieze). They told me they had one vacuum they recommended out of their selection and they also recommended a brand they didn't carry.
Unfortunately, I don't remember what brands they told me.
I want to say the brand they didn't carry was Simplicity (but I could be wrong).
And the vacuum I purchased was a Hoover WindTunnel. I assume I went with their recommendation but unfortunately, it has been several years and I just do not remember.
Hope this somewhat helped or at least gives you a path to research.
we've got the Shark Navigator and love it. It hasn't done anything to our frieze carpet at all (except make it look brand new every time we vacuum!!). LOVE IT !!!
(FYI... we bought ours at Target... they run alot of get a $ 20 gift card w/ purchase of vacuum, so if you have a Target near you, keep an eye out)
