Need two 1-bdrm villas -- call MS or make reservations online?

For our trip in Feb 2016, I am looking to reserve 2 1-bdrm villas. I am assuming that to do so using the online system, I would need to make the reservations one at a time. Would it be easier to call MS and have them make the reservations? We are looking to stay at BCV in early Feb. and our 7 month window opens on July 4... guessing that MS will be closed that day..

Do this. You will have an hour ahead of time instead of waiting for MS, if they are open.

Member Services is closed on 7/4. I would do it online, one at a time. Have you checked the availability tool?

I have checked availability tool and it is showing 1-bdrm as being available. Hoping this will be true at the end of the week as well. If I can't get both rooms , then I will wait list. We have had good luck with that in the past.

DVC online booking is still screwed up. It took several attempts to make a reservation a couple of hours ago.

After making the reservations online, send MS an email via the member website adding a "traveling with" notation to each reservations referencing the other. That will better your chances of the room assigner keeping the rooms close together.

AFAIK, even MS has to book one at a time. So all the more reason to book online and then, as Bill suggests, email MS to get the "traveling with" notes added.
