The Unofficial Guide has charts with this information, for both cars and WDW transportation (although some DISers -- I am thinking of one in particular who used to drive the buses) think they might be a tad overstated.

Hey Mainebound!

For the 2006 Guide, we rode and monitored 326 bus trips on the WDW system between the parks and resorts earlier this year. We covered just under 1,700 miles over three months.

Since there was some debate here regarding our AKL to Magic Kingdom number for WDW transportation, we paid particular attention to that route. For that one route, we took at least ten samples, on different days, between 8 and 11 am, over the three-month period. Based on those results, I don't think you'll see a major change in that number. You will see minor tweaks to some of the other resorts, and to DTD.

We also paid special attention to SSR, OKW, FW, WL, and CBR, since readers had questions about those as well. I don't recall what the changes were for those, but I can get them if needed.
