Need travel recommendations for 4 adults

I'm planning a trip to Disneyworld and Universal this October and I need advice on what would be the best option for 4 adults and 4 large pieces of luggage (plus maybe some carry-ons)
for getting to the resort.

For the way back to the airport Im getting private town car service, either Mears, FL Tours or Tiffany's. But I'm not sure what I want to do for getting to the resort if I want to do the same or get Mears/Sunshine, or a Lyft

Shuttle would be $64 where as private car service would be around $90-$120. We won't be in a big hurry to get to our resort. My only concern with the shuttle is since we're 4 adults, some of us after a long flight might not want to be on a bus with a lot of children potentially being loud.

Any recommendations or thoughts?

I've travelled with 3 adults and 1 teen (basically adult sized) and 4 full sized suitcase with carry on bags each. We have fit fine in a Lyft/Uber XL vehicle. We use it to/from airport and to/from Universal/Disney

I would just do car service both ways. It’s night and day when compared to a shuttle bus or even Uber or Lyft.

I'd book a car service for both ways. Then you won't have to think/worry about it.
