Need Transportation Help

Hey, everyone!!!

We are going to WDW in May. We are spending a couple of days at Universal and then heading to WDW for the remainder of our trip. I have a reservation with a company, which cannot be named on these boards.

Currently, they pick us up at airport and take us to Universal - two days later transfer us to WDW - then from WDW take us back to the airport.

I have it scheduled to pick us up at Universal at 11AM. I was thinking...what if (and I know I will) I wake up early on the day we head to WDW and we decide that we want to leave earlier to head over to WDW. So, I was thinking that maybe a taxi would be the best bet for us. Maybe not cheaper, but that way we can leave whenever we want. So, how much is taxi fare from Universal to WDW??

And does anyone have any other ideas?? I just know me...I will be ready to head to WDW as soon as possible!!!

Figure about $35 - $40. A taxi from a hotel on 192 in Kissimmee to Universal would have cost me $38 on the meter, except that the hotel's theme park transportation provider was paying for it.
