Need to sell - help!

Thank you all so much for your well wishes - I'm pretty overwhelmed, actually. I only work about 15 hours a week now, but quitting seems to be in the best interest of our family! I couldn't be more excited but I will miss DVC more than anything else we will be giving up. We will still do to Disney but probably at the All-Stars and it's going to take some getting used to. But, my kiddos are well worth the sacrifice. I can not wait and yes, the Budget Board will be my new best friend . THanks again - what a wonderful family the DIS is!!!

I have to say, this thread is laced with "implied judgements"!!! What thread are you reading?
If you stay at home or not, it's a decision between the mom, dad and kids. Not a bunch of folks on a Disney board.
The library story posted here is sad. It represents 100% about passing judgement on hard working people. By the way, what book did you take out, "How to raise your kids to be intolerent of others and pass judgment on others" ?

Let's stick to Eisner bashing and not "working mom bashing."

I'm really glad dizneefamily5 has an opportunity to do something she obviously wants to do and values. But lets keep the implied judgements of people who don't or can't make the same choice out of this thread.

Ditto here ! I know some wonderful moms who work and still have time for their kids. They are terrific, dedicated mothers to their family. It's a totally individual choice (to work or not) that each family makes after, I'm sure, alot of very careful consideration goes into the decision.
Good luck to dizneefamily5 ! Sacrifices can be difficult to make and I'm sure this wasn't an easy decision for you. I worked the 11 pm-7 am shift for 11 years so I could be home with my kids during the day. It was difficult, but it was what worked for us. But even still I realize this isn't a luxury or even a remote choice for some.
I wish you the best of luck in selling your contract. I've heard very positive things about the Timeshare Store.
