Need to rent from July 31st to August 10th 2005....first timer

I am sorry I have never tried to rent a DVC room. If I seem like I do not know quite what I am doing...it is because I don't!! I am trying to set up a trip from Sunday July 31st till wednesday August 10th. I actually do not care which resort I would rent from just simply looking to see what kind of offers are out their. Also if anyone could tell me how to pay? All money up front or payments of whatever we agree upon by a certain date. I am flexible. Please let me know, it would also be for myself and my fiance so I do not need a huge room. Just somewhere to pass out from heat exhaustion at the end of the day.

i have 200 boardwalk and 100 beach club points at $10 available for 2005. let me know if you are interested. i have rented out before and it seems to work well.
