Id really like some recommendations where to search for a house to rent for our stay. The place I usually use does not have any availability

Have you tried a website like vrbo.com (vacation rental by owner)? There are literally tons of places to chose from in all price ranges. We've used vrbo many times with great success in Orlando and other destinations as well. Otherwise, I bet there is a vacation rental service in Orlando that could recommend some places for you, try looking through the Orlando chamber of commerce website for business suggestions.

VRBO and Windsor Hills. Closest to WDW and some nice amenities. I think you can find a better deal on VRBO/Homeaway than on most of the 'private' websites. Especially if you book a ways in advance.
