Need to play a trick on someone

My sister recently had a piercing done on her body and didn't want to many people to know.
Of course I couldn't keep my mouth shut so I told a friend of mine (male). I told him not to say anything to her.
On Sunday they are going to be seeing each other and he is going to dance around the issue to see if she brings it up. I told her that I mentioned it to him (due to guilt) and now we want to try to "get him". WE are trying to think of something she can say to him to catch him off guard. Something to the effect of, "Why are you staring at my shirt?" Or '"want to see?" when he asks what's new.

I know that there are pretty witty people out there. Can any of you help?

Of course it depends on "where" the piercing is. "My earring fell out, can you help me put it back in?" or something along those lines.
