Need to move multi-experience passes to a different day in the reservation

I was given 3 Multiple Experience passes for my party of 4 for each park day on my reservation. I had to shift the reservation 2 days so I had to change park reservations, dining, tickets, etc. but I am unable to move the Multiple Experience passes. I spoke to multiple CMs who told me I had to do it at the park which doesn't make sense nor something I want to do. Anyone have experience with this change? Like Genie+, Disney sucks at making things 'easier'.

You might be able to do it outside of the park entrance at Guest Services, assuming you are even in Orlando.

Why? They BOOKED it online via e-mail. Makes zero sense.
Usually those are fixed at the park itself, because usually you get it day of when a ride goes down. It’s not as common to get it ahead of time. Can you contact the group at Disney that gave them to you? If the people you are calling, can’t modify them, then you will have to find someone else who can. You may need to escalate to a manager. New CMs may not know how to deal with these. Good luck

It was a random e-mail to guest services which seems to be replied with a 2-3 week response so doubt that will work. But, thanks.

But in all seriousness OP- I’ve never heard of anyone in your position being given such a gift by Disney which means you’re not likely to find anyone who can tell you how to fix it in your preferred method. They’re ME passes so it’s not like you’re time constrained on when you need to fix this during a park day. I’d visit guest services at the first park in your own time and hope they can straighten all your days out at once.

The ME passes were related to a case and gifted by Disney for an issue in the parks. I e-mailed Guest Services and they applied the passes to every park reservation which have recently changed and now need to change too.

You are not going to be able to change them yourself. you'll need to either call Disney or send another email. I take it you are now arriving to the parks later than on the original reservation so you can't stop by while there. When you are there, you can probably have Guest Services change the ones you were given and add new ones for the days that don't have them.

It most likely was an upper-level Guest Relations CM (manager, supervisor or whatever title) who issued the ME passes, and will need to be someone of similar level who can adjust them for you. I don't know if you'll be able to work your way through a phone tree or email to reach that level, but there will be one at the parks. One thing I would make sure is that your plans are settled so you don't have to request another change.

Special Reservation line at 407-939-4997 handled it nicely. I waited literally 1 minute to talk to someone. By moving the ME, a few additional attractions were added VERY much in my favor. :) Thank you.
Out of curiosity - what were the exclusions? All of the ILL rides or was it more random?

We have a case file from pre-covid for a few ME when they were still FP. Curious how they are handling those now. I assume it'll work pretty much the same way as the old ME passes but wondered about the exclusions. It used to pretty much be only excluding Star Wars, Pandora and Slinky (and character meets).

LOL. A piece of me is serious though, we've had some pretty bad ones with a basic "oops, maybe next time" response even a few years ago.

IMHO, you should always voice your concerns even if you expect nothing in return. Disney has screwed me in many ways over the years especially post COVID but they have been very generous to make it up. Ironically, they always seem to be more generous on the smaller things. Go figure.

As indicated, screenshot the passes, and get it straightened out when you get there. I wouldn’t stress about it. You should be able to find a GET cast member without a long line.

I feel like I see that too- what with the random reports over the years like "I stubbed my toe so they comped a night at the hotel" vs borderline traumatic events where they apologize and offer a sticker. They've been fine for us overall but I put effort into trying not to compare or it would be easy to feel bitter some days.
