Need to figure out what this song is!

My uncle just called me asking if i knoew the name or person that sang this country song..i have no clue what it is, but told him id ask here!

all he told me is that it is a female country singer and the song is based on her relationship with her 2 brothers who died of cancer *i think leukemia* ..the song was all her memories with them..

any ideas? Thanks

Oooh, I'd forgotten about that song. I remember hearing an interview with her and I believe it was Cystic Fibrosis that killed her brothers. What a beautiful song.

Thank you so much!! i just called my uncle back and told him and he said "youre the best!!"
He and my cousin are doing some research for songs dealing with death (my aunt died when my cousin was little) and he couldnt find this at all! i told him i would check on the disney website and he was like "you mean, people will answer you?! "
