Need to exchange ring bought at Sea Base Alpha

Hi ! I just got back from WDW last week. I bought a shell ring at the gift shop at Sea Base Alpha. My Mom knew I was going to get her one of these because she likes the one that I have. My Mom tried to convince me that she took even smaller than a size 5, but I didn't believe her.
I bought her a size 5. Believe it or not, the ring is TOO small!
She needs a size 6. I did not keep the receipt, however, I have the size tag, and the card that explains the designer.

Is it possible to do a size exchange by mail ? Anyone have any experience with this ?

Call merchandising at 407-363-6200 and explain the situation to them. They should be able to help you.
