I had to do this last year because our dates got moved up from what we had originally planned. I sent the tickets back with a note saying that I need to exchange them for a different date, of course the new date you want has to be available. And they did.
I also did call first to make sure I had the right address and all that good stuff and I sent it out with delivery confirmation type thing so I know it got there and not lost in the mail.
It was not a problem at all. I just kept my confirmation number for tickets so I could call for updates and if memory serves it took about 2-3 weeks to get the new ones back in the mail.
Thank you for your help. I called and they said no they are nonrefundable. I explained they we just wanted to change dates but the answer was no. I guess I can try back again to see if I get a different answer.
