Since January 15th , i have been watching my portion sizes and calories and walking on the treadmill 3-4 times a week. I wasn't thinking about the weight loss and have been avoiding the scale. I started right at 240 and TODAY - I step up on that scale and it read 229!!! I was so happy!! I just need to duplicate it 5 more times and I will be set. I sleep better and feel better. My pants are just oh so much looser. It is coming off. I am so proud of my self. My next goal was 225 by March 17th and I think I get there sooner. I set 5 pound goals because they are easier to accomplish. Just needed to brag. My skinny hubby just does not get it. THanks for the ear(s)!!




They are my absolute favorite. I've decided that the best thing is just to never keep them in the house, because no way can I eat a reasonable serving size.
