Hello, I am going to surprise my two ds 16 and 13 with a trip to wdw. Which do you think they would like better? One of the allstars,po, or csr. Thanks for any help you can give me. Mrsdash

I have to say CSR because of the pool. Their pool is just awesome. Two of my guy friends, both 16, absolutely adore Coronado because of the pool and the food. So I definitely vote CSR. All-stars might not be bad but I don't think your 16 year old would enjoy them as much. And Port Orleans, well, it's a good second choice because it's so close to Downtown Disney and all but I just have to say CSR for the pool, plus there tends to be more kids their age down at the pool at CSR then at the other pools, at least from what I've seen. And the bus'll get you to DD quicker than the boat most of the time.

I've only been to PO, but my parents went to CSR, and from their pictures it was really nice. I would have to go with csr too.

I have onyl stayed at PO...so I would say there...CSR..pppl say its a business resort and to muhc of the outside world is in.

Hi Mrsdash-- I'm still new to these boards, so I am guessing that CSR is Coronado Springs Resort? I am 15 and I've stayed there twice...its SOOO nice! That and Old Key West are my favorites. I have also stayed at the All Starts-- Music and Movies. The theming is cool, but the rooms are smaller. I'd go for Coronado!

Thanks guys, It looks like csr is the one. Now if I can figure out which building to stay at i'm set lol:bounce::bounce:

I stayed at CSR this pass june. It was beautiful, and the themeing is great! There are 4 bus stops located around the resort b/c it is pretty big. We stayed in the cabanas, building B (i think it was B?) and were pretty close to the main bus stop, beach (just a some sand and hammacks, but still pretty cool), pool, and main buliding. Some of the casitas are even closer to everything, but at night i liked looking across the lake from the cabanas and seeing the casitas... it looked like a little mexican city on the water. When my family arrived we had no idea in which building to stay either, and so one of the cast members was really kind and helped us pick out a great room.

PS: i wouldn't recommend the ranchos, they looked really pretty, too, but they were the farthest away from everything. However, there are bell service people who sometimes pick people up and take them to the main building. We never were offered a ride, but supposedly people sometimes are.
