DH snores, and he needs his own room! The boys (10 & 7) would love bunk beds, and I'm content on a sofa sleeper (if it's reasonably comfortable!). Suggestions? I'm fine with being a bit of a distance from Disneyland.

Hojos is building Kid Suites to be ready mid summer, basically a two room/two bath unit. One room with a king bed, the other with bunks. I dont think it will have a sofa sleeper, but you could get a rollaway for around $12 (???) per night, which I would think would be much more comfy than any sofa sleeper.

Anaheim Marriott Suites, about 1.5 miles away on harbor is nice. Across from Target and several good restaurants. Nice pool, free wireless. Stayed there last year for several days after a few days at PPH. Quick drive and shuttle, reasonable rates. Check it out here:

Residence Inn Maingate & RI Resort have kids suites that are two bedrooms, with bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. These are also nice because they have two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Residence Inn also offers hot breakfasts.

Other properties with kids suites: Cortona Inn - the bunk beds are in a separate room at the back, so they'd have to pass the parents to leave the room; BW Raffles. Also try La Quinta & Staybridge.

Residence Inn Garden Grove (near Target, next to Hyatt). Kids Suites have two bedrooms (one with a queen, one with bunk beds) and a sleeper sofa and kitchenette in the main room. Also have hot breakfast buffet every morning.

Anyone stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Anaheim? They have a nice kid's suite with the setup that's perfect for us. I'm torn between that hotel and the two Residence Inns (great configuration for us in both of those hotels).

Portofino has kids suites too. We are staying there this week :)
They have doors that seperate the rooms 2 tvs frig and microwave too :thumbsup2

I think the kids suites at hojo is supposed to also have a sofa sleeper. Desert Inn and Suites has large suites and it's right across the street.

I opted for the Courtyard Marriott because it's newer (and I've read lots of good reviews). The Portofino was very tempting, because it has the same layout for the kids' suite.
