Need suggestions for Chicago visit!

Hi. I'm sorry if this has been posted a billion times.

I'm visiting Chicago for the weekend with some girlfriends...sort of a last hurrah before I get married.

I've already done the traditional Chicago attractions (Sears Tower, Science and Industry, etc) and want to do/see something a little different.

We're interested in shopping, eating great local food, getting some good drinks, and seeing some unique Chicago places.

Any suggestions as to where we should go or what to do?

Great local restaurants....anything on Randolph (street) would be fun, a bit pricey and a little different, but still fun. Good Italian would be Mia Francesca's, Pizza D.O.C.,....HECK, you'll be in town for the World Series, hit any bar and you'll have a blast!!

What do you like to do? I can name some bars, but I would need to know your tastes....eg: punk, clubs, lounge, live music....

If you like pizza you've GOT to go to Lou Malnatis! Hand's down the best Chicago style pizza. Tre Kronor is a Swedish restaurant on Foster. It's quite far from downtown (about 8 blocks north of Kedzie brown line) but pretty good.

One of my favorite restaurant is Reza's! Mmm...it's Persian food and so good! The kabobs and rice...my mouth is watering. It's in Andersonville.

I second Reza'a YUM..it is one of my favorites also. They just opened a new one by me out here in the suburbs (I miss living in the city still though)

You'll have fun this weekend with it being Halloween and all, people do dress up.
