Need spooky singable music for halloween party

Our cub scouts pack is having a halloween party and decided to go with a Karaoke night only we're calling it "scary-oke"

So far though we can only come up with one song - the monster mash.

Can anyone suggest some good "scary" songs for a halloween party.

Kid friendly songs please. Ages in attendance will be 0 to 60 (ha sounds like a car commercial) but most of the kids will be between 6 and 11.

This is one of my favorites. It's called 'Haunted House' by Jumpin' Gene Simmons. Very catchy/fun song, and appropriate for children.
