hi all! We are booking a last minute trip today and considering club level, which we have never done. Any input from anyone whose done it is much appreciated! Any info at all would help! Thanks!

Love it - If you can get a theme park view on the CL you'll have one of the best views of the entire resort (short of the shoot for a lagoon view).

The food offerings are decent and I find them about middle of the road for the resort with GF RPC being the best.
CL will get you a continental-like breakfast snacks during lunch time, an appetizer service during dinner and a dessert service for the later hours.
Drinks are available at all times including beer (but ya gotta ask!)

You also get some perks like a concierge who will help you get your dining reservations and fastpass reservations but most of us just use the MDE these days! :D

It was just ok for us. We were not fans of the resort so this might be part of it. Our room was very far from the lounge and the offerings were limited in my opinion. We moved the 2nd half of our trip to GF and were much happier with the offerings but thought the lounge at the Poly was better. We really enjoyed watching the fireworks from the lounge at Poly with the music piped in.

Were you at the Sugarloaf at the GF or the RPC? I like the Poly lounge a lot but I liked the RPG lounge almost as much (Although it obviously doesn't have as nice a view to the MK!)

Thanks for your replies! I'm wondering what resort seems to be a favorite of those of you who do club level frequently?

Sugarloaf. I'm stalking for RPC this trip though.

I just cancelled an 8-night Poly CL reservation because I was pretty underwhelmed by our last stay. If you can get garden view, take it. You can still watch the fireworks from the club lounge. Best CL I've stayed so far is GF RPC.

The view from the Poly club lounge can't be beat! Watching Wishes from there can be magical. We enjoyed the snacks and services offered as well, but our room there was during the DVC construction so our lagoon view was obstructed by that unfortunately. I would still do it again though!

Poly Cl is very nice, especially if you can wing the TPV room which allows watching the fireworks. The lounge itself still has a nice view across to the water to the MK. WE found the food offerings to be less than exciting. DH was upset that the Cappuccino machine was broken for our entire stay. You would think that it would have been repaired or replaced before the week was done!
Service was spotty, some CM's nice while others hid away in the back and were seldom seen. Small requests were turned down. That sort of thing. Not terrible, but nothing worth paying an extra $200 per night.
We loved the location of Hawaii in the resort. It was convenient to everything!

CL's listed from most to least favourite:

GF RPC
BWI
CR
GF Sugar Loaf
Poly
YC/BC
AKL
WL

We just came back and stayed Poly CL- Garden View on the Ground Floor. We really loved it, but I will agree with the PP that the CMs were DEF a mixed bag and so were the food offerings. The location is fabulous and so is the lounge. We watched the fireworks a few times and ate breakfast there most days. Food was replenished though and in the evening there was a nice selection of beer/wine. There were a few CM that went above and beyond to help us and others that seemed bothered in general. I would gladly do it again. We fell in love with the resort- and the location was wonderful.

We love the Poly and thought the CL lounge was very nice. Watching Wishes from the lounge is fantastic, beats the crowds at MK anyday for us.
