Need some photopass help

I'm hoping someone here can help me because the photopass customer service people sure can't and I'm running out of time. :(

I have been trying to edit my photopass photos... add in stickers, borders, etc. Every time I try to save an edited photo (save a copy or overwrite the original -- I've tried both), I get an error message ("an error has occurred" -- super helpful in diagnosing the problem right?! lol). I have tried every browser I have... Chrome, Firefox, IE. I have tried multiple computers. I have cleared cookies, temp files, etc. as suggested by the photopass help desk. NOTHING has helped and I only have about 10 days left before my photos are gone.

Most recent suggestion from the Photo Pass folks is to download my originals and then go edit my photos and download them.... QUE????? How in the world does that help me with not being able to edit my photos?
(I've already downloaded the originals)

I've got no ideas. DH is a techy computer IT guru guy and he's got nothing either.

How long has it been doing that? Lots of time when there's a problem with Photopass it's as easy as just trying again another day.

If you have been repeatedly unsuccessful through many days of attempts, then my next piece of advice is to call Photopass back and talk to someone else. At the very least ask them to give you a free extension while they work on the problem.

Good luck!

It's been about a week of me trying every day. On my laptop, our home computer, my mom's computer, my grandma's computer, a computer at work.... every computer I can get my hands on, lol!

I'm planning on giving them a call and trying to get some better answers out of a live person tomorrow. Thanks for the advice!
