I am calling today to add 125 points onto my SSR membership. This is our first add-on and I was hoping someone could let me know what to expect from the call. What info will I need, what kind of downpayment ect. I know they will tell me all this, but I like to be prepared! Thanks to anyone who can help!

You can put a downpayment on a credit card, and start the ball rolling, if you need the points in a hurry...otherwise everything is similar to a new purchase. Deeds to sign, mortgage to sign, if you are financing, you'll receive the paperwork, need to have it notarized and return it. I don't know if they still send it by next day FedEx, or a slower carrier, it has been years since I've done an add-on.
