Different lenses serve different functions. There are "all-in-one" lenses like 18-250s, but they tend to make performance and size compromises, in order to achieve the all-in-one convenience.
So in terms of which lens would be good........
A 70-300.. something like the Tamron 70-300usd, is extremely good for shooting shows at Disney and shooting the safari at Animal Kingdom.
The 35/1.4 you mentioned, it great at shooting dark rides, as well as many "normal perspective" shots.
The 18-55 kit lens is very good for general walk-around outdoor shots... The 18-135 is very good, though it gives you more weight to carry... but gives you a bit of extra length, giving you more leeway for portraits and a bit of short telephoto reach.
The new Sigma 18-35 can also be a good landscape-oriented walk-around lens, as well as the only zoom lens that is also a very good dark ride lens.
As mentioned, something like the 18-250 would cover a vast focal length, reducing the need to change lenses. But weighs more, with lesser performance. Certainly can't shoot low light or dark rides with it.
And something like the Tokina 11-16 is an exceptional ultra-wide lens, useful for some types of landscapes, and some of the more interesting Disney shots you see. Tom Bricker is a big fan of ultrawide, so you can see his shots.
So it's really, what types of shots do you most want to focus on? What is your budget?
