You can just call Disney and ask. That is what I did. I got Poly LVC for regular season. CRO can tell you a room only AAA price. Good luck!

Using this link from Mousesavers.com and knowing that AAA discounts on deluxe hotels at Disney is 15% off rack rate during value season...these are the numbers I came up with:

Polynesian resort - value season

Lagoon view:
Rack = $410 - 15% discount = $348.50 + 11.5% tax = $388.58

Magic Kingdom view:
Rack = $440 - 15% discount = $374.00 + 11.5% tax = $417.01

Garden Concierge:
Rack = $440 - 15% discount = $374.00 + 11.5% tax = $417.01

Lagoon Concierge:
Rack = $550 - 15% discount = $467.50 + 11.5% tax = $521.26


I usually book value or moderate and the numbers have always been right on the mark for me. These numbers should give you an idea and they should be about right, but I would contact Disney just to make sure the numbers are correct.
