Need Some Help With Windsor Hills

Hi I didn't know where to put this so I started a new thread.

I am looking to book a 3/2 condo at Windor Hills. The person I would be booking with is Dave Robinson. Has anyone heard or booked with this person in the past. The site is www.vacationcentralflorida.com

Seems that he has a lot of condo's for rent at Windsor Hills.

Am hoping that someone can help me out

Did you do a search for the name? His condos have been mentioned on here not too long ago. DISer gqchicago knows this guy and would have no problem renting from him. The units he owns check out on the tax records site also.
He also manages condos for his friends. The only thing about it is that the rentals are only from Sat to Sat.

I haven't rented from him, but did request a quote and he was very quick to respond and gave all the details that I had asked for. He seems very easy to work with. We did not end up going with him because we really needed an 8 night rental and because all of the condos he has have queen rather than king beds in the master. If he had a king we may have just booked a hotel for the last night (probably not, but maybe ) .

Quick to respond, good to deal with and very responsive. Emails are answered very promptly and decent.

I'm renting from them in August-the 204 unit.

They are registered with the tax office so there are no problems with that aspect.

I liked the fact that there were very techno friendly and not too garish in the decorating end. I like understated decorating, high tech stuff and not very girly/princessy.

I do wish there was a KING bed in the master bedroom units but I can't have everything. The Saturday to Saturday is not an issue with me though.

We are renting from him in Nov/Dec. They have all been nice to work with (Dave and his friends).

We like the Sat - Sat stay even though we are arriving in FL on Thurs. We will stay with family for 2 days.

And we LOVE his price! Can't beat it!!!
