Need some help - Uggghhh! In-laws!

I love my in-laws very much, but they don't always think things through. My MIL had some frequent flyer miles to use up and they decided to go to Orlando to visit some relatives and maybe do some things in Orlando. Fantastic! Nice that they are getting away. The problem??? They are doing it the day after EASTER! (3/24-3/31/08)

When we visited them yesterday, my MIL was fretting because they don't have a place to stay or a rental car, etc. I volunteered to help them out but jeesh...this late in the game and at such a busy time I'm having trouble.

I was wondering if you guys could make some suggestions. My in-laws are in their 70s/80s and they have a mentally challenged 50 year old daughter that will be traveling with them. So they need 2 beds or bedrooms for sure. They are dividing their time between Orlando and Winter Haven so an accommodation west of Disney would probably be ideal. I'm not at all familiar with properties outside of Kissimmee/LBV. They also do not want to spend much over $100/nt. I'll also venture to say that my MIL has champagne taste on a beer budget...so if I get them something that's not fairly decent, I will be the 'topic of discussion' for years to come.

What have I gotten myself into? HELP & THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!

This place is just off Exit 58 Champions Gate, very easy to find but it might be too expensive ????
It's showing a 2 br condo for about $1125. It's a brand new resort, looks nice.
