A 1st for us, ( after 20 trips at least we are shaking things up!), we are arriving a day early. I have 2 rooms @ CSR booked for the rest of our trip, but need advice for a party of 5 for 1 night. I do not want to spend more than $200...so, what do I do? Book off site? Rent DVC? I usually only have 4 people, but we added a friend this trip, so I do not know the options for a party of 5 on site. What would you do?

We are driving into Orlando Sunday June 7- no park
Moving to CSR Monday June 8 - no park- DTD
Epcot Tuesday June 9
MK Wednesday June 10
Leaving June 11

CBR and POR both have rooms with 2 queens and a Murphy Bed that sleep 5 and are usually under $200 per night. What is the make up of the 5 guests? Are any of then kids that would fit on the Murphy Bed?

Sorry, left that out! 2-17 yo boys (HS graduation trip) and 15 yo boy.

Well, I don't think CBR and POR would work for you then. Those Murphy Beds are made for kids 11 and younger. Now you're looking at one of the deluxes that have 2 queens and a day bed that sleep 5, but they are going to be well above $200. I think I would check out one of the hotels in the Disney Springs area.

Can not get used to calling it Disney Springs! Ok, thanks for the help. I have never stayed at any of those. Maybe I can find a deal.

Anyone a pass holder? AP rates for ASMu for that night = $99.75. get two rooms just under $200.00

Family suite is $228

Bonnet Creek requires a 2 night min. No AP here. Maybe I can talk DH into a bigger budget. I do think the Suites are booked up though.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like you have a lot of onsite choices in your price range. Honestly, I'd probably just do a priceline name-your-own-price and get a random 2-3 star room for around $60 in the orlando area. There are a lot of nice chain hotels around and you could probably find a free breakfast somewhere for those hungry teenagers. ;)

Yes, I think I'm giving up on site. I did find a deal at the best western in front of Disney Springs. I guess I can survive one night off site. Thanks all!

We always use the Best Western on Hotel Blvd. They have rooms with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. One block walk to Disney Springs. All for around $100. Works well for us.

What about the Dolphin? You can get those rooms for under $200 at times. Then you'd have all of the Boardwalk to enjoy that night plus some really cool pools.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong spot, but I don't see a room for 5 at the Dolphin?

I am looking here now! I'm so glad you liked it!!

Thanks for all the help! I booked 1 night at the Grand Villas Resort. 2 bedroom/ 2 bath villa for $109.
