Need some good Counter Service ideas...

We are 1 month out from our big trip and I am looking for some good counter service meals at the parks! I have 2 small children and am hoping to find places that have options besides the chicken strips and fries. I am so disappointed in Disney's kids menus. Children like foods other than french fries....and thoughts would be helpful!

Sunshine Seasons and the World Showcase have a ton of options outside typical "kid food" like nuggets and fries. At Magic Kingdom Cosmic rays and Columbia Harbour House have some more wholesome options as well.

In Magic Kingdom at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe they have turkey sandwiches and PB&J sandwiches for the kids. In Animal Kingdom at Flame Tree BBQ they have chicken drumsticks and at Mara they have rotisserie chicken.

The Diamond Horseshoe has some hot sandwiches on the Kids' Menu.
